SRP was started in the year 2008. First batch passed out in 2011. Our department is basic science dept. from this all branches are developed. So that we are working today in all areas of modern information.
All of us are having innovative thinking, knowledge & skill to meet the requirement as per the change in society. Our department belongs to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English. But our syllabus also carries Basic Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Application, Engineering Drawing & Work shop Practice. Our dept. has its own equipped specific laboratory for every branch.Each members of SRP has the spirit of passing & dedication to work creatively & effectively for better achievement. Till now three batches already passed out.
The department of Basic Science & Humanities belongs to department of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Communicative English. All these department has its well equipped specified laboratories. Physics is the branch of science which deals with nature world and description of material. This subject has wide application in engineering. Our aim is to gave vast knowledge through practical experiment. This opportunity gives SRP by laboratories and efficient faculties.
Chemistry is the branch with matter having chemical behavior. This is also deals with engineering students done their experiment as per syllabus with the help of specified laboratories and efficient faculty.
Mathematics is the branch which deals with every branch of science. Our faculty gives students with tricky knowledge to solve different valuable mathematical problems.
Communicative English is a part which is essential for all students. We try to give a knowledge listing skill and speaking skill which help students for future.
Overall our goal has to produce well trained future of students.

LAB:
Our Department consists of Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab & Communicative Lab
Physics Lab:
This lab is sufficiently large having 10 tables where 40 students at a time can do experiment. Our lab is having well equipped to conduct experiment.
Chemistry Lab:
This lab is well equipped with modern lab machinery & very efficient lab technician in which 40 students can performs experiment at a time. Our lab provides 10 experiment per semester. Our lab helps its technical student about scientific knowledge.
Communicative Lab:
In our communicative lab computer facility is available. Our efficient faculties try to improve listening skill & speaking skill of the student.
